Films about World War II without gunpowder

The film has always been performed with film-like images, leisurely classical music and Tango soundtrack, showing the struggle and choice between human nature, morality and survival. The director's portrayal of this dark history does not make face, but depicts it with a relatively neutral and fair attitude. By creating constant conflicts, it reflects the manifestation, changes and choices of each character's humanity in the war. Such a film really deserves the OSCAR award for Best Foreign Language Film, and it's really embarrassing to see whether it's the film we're running for, or those so-called reflections on war.
