Luckily I didn't waste money by going to the cinema

American shooting of Chinese kung fu proved to be very unsuccessful.
The plot is messy, with extremely poor special effects, old-fashioned performances, and clichéd plots. The sparring between Jackie Chan and Jet Li and the scene of Teacher Li Bingbing's white hair, which was hyped up by the media, seems nothing but this. In particular, the aging faces of Li and Cheng appear unretouched in the camera, which is really unbearable to take a closer look. Liu Yifei is also disheartened and has no brilliance at all.
From my personal point of view, this is an out-and-out bad movie. It is absolutely unnecessary to go to the cinema to watch it. It is barely acceptable to watch it while doing housework at home.

  • Lu Yan: A musician can have Kung Fu, or the poet who paints pictures with words and makes emperors weep, this too is Kung Fu.

  • The Silent Monk: Learn the form, but seek the formless. Hear the soundless. Learn it all, then forget it all. Learn The Way, then find your own way.
