Don't think it's just about the sick people, let them solve their own problems by themselves, this is actually closely related to everyone. Suppose he assumed he would be treated differently if he confessed the situation, would they be more likely to say it or not? If you are rejected and frightened once, will you say it or not the next time. In any case, this is an additional hidden danger for both parties, and that kind of dilemma is not a good choice, is it?
