Miss Daisy is an educated person. She repeatedly mentioned the difficult times in the past. She never admits her present wealth. She almost deliberately keeps a low profile.
From her appearance to her demeanor, Miss Daisy was like my grandmother, her stubborn eyes showing warmth in the depths. She is not very good at communication, but she is tolerant enough after getting to know her deeply. The memory of suffering imprinted in her bones keeps her at a distance from the current material environment. It seems that all this is not absolutely true and not absolutely lasting.
They all have a kind of "decency", and it may be too serious to be humiliated, but whether they are poor or rich, they are proud to hold their chests up, and they stick to a little tolerance, a little restraint, and a little treasure for everything they already have.
