- The open and ending sequence.

- The delicate woman with mental and emotional breakdown.

- The lady and a city. She lives in it, she looks at it, she leaves it behind. She does not feel happy. The city is just a backdrop of her life.

- The pursuit of life. Fame? Money? Lust? None of them. Losing the purpose of life has a devastating impact on a person's life.

- We, lives, are born for love. Only love can make our life ultimately purposeful.

- desire, desire, desire for love. Not for sex.

- Sex, drugs and a fucked up life.

- Another short but brilliant life. --- The same is true of the life of the author of "The Little Prince" recently. - People who live in the world don't talk about life, because life ends in death. Living first is enough.

It's a biographical film and I don't think Jolie understands Gia well enough to be honest. It's not very engaging, especially the first half of the performance feels very deliberate to me. I, a straight man, felt very contrived when I saw her naked in the film. I really liked Jolie. This drama made me turn black

    Julie's sexiness is so straightforward, I prefer her with a gun! ! ! ! ! !

Gia quotes

  • Gia Carangi: It's not about you. It's not you that they're looking at. It's not about you. I'm on top of that. I understand that.

Wilhemina Cooper: Oh, honey that's good, I'm so glad about that.

Gia Carangi: Because, if you let it be about you, then you're screwed, you know? So you have to stay separate from what's happening and you have to be somewhere else. But I don't know where that somewhere else is, you know? Or how to do that.

Wilhemina Cooper: Honey, you can do whatever you want right now.

Gia Carangi: Yeah, but what is it that I want? What do I want?

  • Girl at Group Therapy: Wait a minute. What am I supposed to feel here? Sorry for you because you're beautiful? Because you made ten thousand a minute doing fuckin' nothing? "Oh it was so hard, so terrible, they treated me so bad." Listen girl, you had a free ride. And you fuckin' blew it. And me? I'm some kid from Ohio, reading fashion magazines, looking at your picture and thinking I'm supposed to look like that. And going fucking crazy because I don't. Because nobody told me it was a lie. Because the magazine doesn't come with a label that says, "Caution: This is a lie. Nobody looks like this." Not even you.
