I only started watching this film in 2022. It was recommended by a friend. I didn’t read the introduction beforehand, nor did I open the barrage. My friend said it was a comedy, and I complained to my friend about ten minutes later: Are you sure about the comedy? Dead bodies in ten minutes! It's also hilarious. I have to say, but it's a good movie, and Renault's eyes are still so touching.
The film tells a story of mutual redemption between a "fool" and a killer. It does not express this redemption in a warm or realistic way. The whole play is full of fun.
Ruby's gloomy indifference and Gangdan's escaping chatter made them have a bond in prison. Ruby's silence is to escape from prison, but a silent listener gives Gangdan a spiritual sustenance. We have no way of knowing how many people have looked down on Gangdan along the way. What catches our eyes is his silly smile, but he is not stupid, that's why he followed Ruby shyly, because he knew that he would never do it again. Who can listen to him quietly like this, listen to his chatter.
Ruby, a lone wolf, the only person he loved was killed, from that moment on, the death of the heart was greater than the death of the body. Rob the murderer's money, kill the murderer, and then use the money to escape, this is his plan, to make a bet with his life. Being caught in prison was unexpected, but he also met a "companion". I am used to being alone, and I am very vigilant about everything around me. I want to get rid of Gangdan over and over again, thinking that Gangdan is someone sent by the police.
The encounter with Katya in the tavern, the plan of the steel egg, the plan of Ruby, and the desperate struggle of the murderer's family later, I thought that once the murderer died, everything was settled, but the ending came to a reversal... Let us not help but want to say One sentence: Gangdan, as expected of you. The transition of the whole play is very spiritual, and the content is overflowing with words, which makes people laugh at the same time and feel full of emotion.
"My name is Steel Egg, I'm from Montague, this is Rupee, I'm from Bido, and we have a bistro called 'House of Two Friends'".
I didn't want to write a long review, but 500 words is not too short, I fainted, and finally let Reno look at Katya's eyes, tenderly dripping water.
