I have heard about this movie for a long time. I watched half of it late because I came to the emergency room to work overtime. I didn't watch it until the next day. I was hooked after watching it.
Of course, what I like is this kind of brain-burning suspense film, not the kind of pure popcorn brainless cool film! Of course, this type of brain-burning suspense film just happens to be really good and understandable. After watching it, it is suddenly enlightening. It turns out that it is similar to "Deadly ID", instead of being confused after watching it. The long one, similar to "Mulholland Drive".
This suspense film uses a main line to cut into it, and then divides 5 branch lines of 5 boyfriends. The last 5 branch lines are aggregated into a main line, but the main line is aggregated and dug down a layer of depth, just as the audience When I felt suddenly enlightened, there was another sharp reversal, which developed this main line a further depth, and finally filled all the holes dug in front, which made the audience breathe a sigh of relief!
This film probably uses all the narrative techniques, flashbacks and interludes in what order, it seems messy, in fact, each section is a pit, has its value, paving the way for the final finale. Although this film is not as deep as the five or six layers of "Inception", it also has three layers of depth. Like "Pretty Girl Commando", it is one more layer than "The Fantastic Drifting of the Boys"! But these films are all or have fantasy elements, but this film is a real thing in life!
To give a general overview, the first layer discusses the issue of style; the second layer discusses the ethical issue; the third layer discusses the emotional issue!
After reading and checking the information, I found out that there are actually three versions of this film, and the three versions are all by the same director, from the first version in Belgium to the second version in the Netherlands, until I watched it in the United States in 2014. The third version that came out is said to be similar, after all, it was produced by a director, and the one with the highest score was the first version in Belgium in 2008!
It is said that the third version I watched was all handsome guys and pretty girls. Except for the male protagonist of "Prison Break" whom I recognized at a glance, these handsome guys were all familiar, and I couldn't tell why. When it comes to actors, even these handsome guys whose names I can't name, their acting skills are stellar.
If it's not enough, I don't think the last man behind the scenes should be the actor of "Prison Break". After all, his image in the eyes of the Chinese is not suitable for this kind of villain!
