Sydney said on the campaign trail that we all feel like outsiders when we want to fit in. Why do we have to cater to others, and why can't we live in our own way and rhythm? There are too many prejudices in the world, thinking that those who are close to the mainstream will be successful. After rounds of self-giving up, there is only a disoriented self.
Dad said to S that being like mom doesn't mean walking the same road as her, but working hard like her. Care about the process of life, care about our efforts, care about the voice of the heart.
Although the story is old-fashioned, it is also very moving. Especially the part where the hero invites S in the library, their smiles seem to make people forget all their troubles.
