#MacGuffinfan# Issue 23 "Returning for Christmas"
Recommended star: two stars
Keywords: crisis; confrontation; freedom
Another common topic, the mid-life crisis that often appears in the plot now, this kind of crisis actually happens frequently whether it is middle-aged or old.
If a person in a family is in a state of being suppressed by another person for a long time, no matter what he does, he is passive, and everything is arranged. This kind of life is definitely meaningless.
Surviving like this will generally lead to two extremes, either complete silence or explosion. Sometimes, the two states are on the line.
Especially like in this episode, if you have a relative who is obsessive-compulsive and controlling, it is what people call the pain of the original family. Always live in confrontation and cannot gain freedom.
The funniest thing happens when the man wants to hurry up and implement the plan, but he has to be interrupted by her orders at any time. But how could it be revoked so easily when he was determined to do so.
In the end, men become free, but is freedom really that easy?
The McGuffin of this episode is whether he starts or not.
