I miss her

I want to watch it!!! Immediately after the test! I was so moved. When she was so weak that she was washed out by the water, I felt the same heartbreak as the author. I really wanted to hold her in my arms, hold her well, and repeat Touch her all over the place. While crying, I touched her on the computer screen with my hands. It was really heartbreaking and distressing. Looking into her eyes, that spirituality gradually dissipated, it was really really sad, why is her life like this. I can't help but think, how cruel, how cruel, is this the path she chose by herself, maybe it is? Why not live longer. She is really tenacious and works hard to live. She really works much harder than me, and she really has deep respect for her. Try not to eat octopus in the future, I will remember her well. I am very grateful to her and the author for letting me see the unique charm of marine creatures, or in other words, all creatures. We are equal. Don’t disturb them, don’t claim anthropocentrism, and erode the homeland they rely on for survival. Oceans, forests, and even other ecosystems have their own unique logic. We must respect each other and maintain equality. I love them, love this octopus, lively and moving. I miss her. I love her.

My Octopus Teacher quotes

  • Craig Foster: What she taught me was to feel... that you're part of this place, not a visitor. That's a huge difference.

  • [first lines]

Craig Foster: A lot of people say an octopus is like an alien. But the strange thing is, as you get closer to them, you realize that we're very similar in a lot of ways.
