You will never be able to articulate why you would re-marry and fall in love with another person. Are you looking for new excitement because you're bored with what you've got, or are you never getting what you crave? Anne had no answer to this question, and she didn't know why she was in such a dilemma. She was obviously someone who could not stabilize, but seeing Tom and this vast world, her heart began to ask herself if this was what she wanted. Even if she said yes, Tom would still ask her Are you sure?
Anne's marriage isn't a mess, it's that she's not sure if she still loves it. Even his husband understands this, which shows that she is not an unfortunate woman. It's just that the stability of these years has wiped out her unruly heart, like an untamed horse waiting for someone who can really make her obedient. Tom's presence gave her lost heart direction - maybe this is the life I want.
Tom has the rationality of a mature man, and he knows when to be silent and when to show his true feelings. He knows that love is not the time to pick the right person, it's just love. This is his charm. He doesn't force or obey, just be himself. Anne's husband, being a good man, is different. He worked hard to be a good husband, a good father, and a good lawyer, thinking that he would make his wife love him more, instead of consciously loving him more. But it was precisely this effort that made him unable to grasp Anne's heart. Tom's free-spirited life, pursuing what she wants in her heart, really fascinates her.
The valuable part of the movie is that it doesn't fall into the rut, and there is no love in bed to 'sublime' love, but let love stay in the sunset, you drive away, and I ride horses to look at you. That kind of unfinished love that was still unresolved in Anne's tears and in Tom's figure got an eternal continuation. Life is a beautiful and moving story. How many times in life, the oath of self-righteous love has been distorted by reality into the word "indecent". At this point, Director Robert realized the introverted emotional outlook of the Easterners, which gave this Western film a different kind of beauty.
love the ending. Anne wept as she drove, holding the rope as if to grab his hand. But she knew that once she left, there was no turning back, and all this was doomed to fail. Whether it is a late meeting or the beauty of regret, the pain is real to her. When they love each other but can't hold hands, that kind of pain is probably only known to those who have passed through. It's not that love is not enough to not force it, it's just that we don't want love to tie each other up and not be free.
Life is too long, if we can't be with you; life is too short, we can't be together anyway. But you have to remember that the moment you left, I watched your distant figure behind you for a long time; you have to remember that the moment I turned around and left, you were lingering in my mind, Tears flowed for you.
Unfortunately, I can't let you know all of this. The less you know, the less pain I feel. In a loveless relationship, nothing hurts more than knowing that the person you are thinking about is thinking about you too.
