"About Schmidt" Super 140 Character Film Review

This waking up looks very much like Sheldon's "big boy" haha

"downstairs meeting", he has rich experience in rejecting guests!

The content of the film is too verbose and too slow. Finding a good reason is to show the world of the elderly, and a bad reason is that the Hollywood production line is too heavy. Once it is overwhelmed by the world's largest and most automated/brainless film production line, the film loses its great flavor and becomes like "processed food".

The screenwriter is very watery, not as good as the similar film "The Lonely Man"

It has a traveler vibe. A trip to a retired widower opens his mind. The adopted child plot interspersed throughout the whole process is a good continuation of the protagonist's restrained and implicit expression of fatherly love. But I always feel that the whole movie lacks memorable or amazing scenes. In addition to taking a bath with my in-laws, it's pretty ridiculous. More highlights focus on Nickelson's character. But this time, some old urchin temperament is missing.
