End and loneliness-"About Schmidt"

This is a good movie.
The lingering sadness in the movie made me feel a strong desire to watch this movie again after three or four years. I vaguely remember that in my junior year I went to Yunshan Auditorium to watch this movie alone, and my heart was shocked...
It is very special, unlike other moving movies, which describes a beautiful beginning, and then leaves an infinite yearning. In the end, we take it for granted that happiness will continue like this, and we will be in peace ever since.
It does not. It is an end at the beginning, an end, and an end.
Just like the end of the movie after the end of the movie, the loneliness after the street light goes out, and the exhaustion after the end of a journey. Without longing, it took you to the naked end at the beginning.
You are old, with deep wrinkles on your neck, gray hair, and cyan blood vessels on your feet are clearly visible; you are retired and replaced by a very young newcomer. You, you seem worthless; when you are tired, ask who is this wife who has lived with you for 42 years, an uncute, annoying old woman, but suddenly, she also died, even in the house The only person who made hamburgers for himself has also left; your heart is cold, and the beloved only daughter, like a stranger, refuses to live with you and refuses to listen to your suggestions.
This is the end of a 66-year-old man.
The ending of a young, dreamy, ambitious boy at the beginning.
After the wedding ceremony, a couple who loves each other are exhausted by the edges and corners of life.
The ending of an affectionate, longing and hopeful father.
Alone, Mr. Schmidt drove a long station wagon, doing nothing, walking through the beautiful scenery, to the childhood hut, to the school he had attended.
He has nothing left again.
The setting sun stretched his silhouette so long, and even the cows loaded on the truck beside him made him feel a bit vivid, because he was so lonely, no one even wanted to listen to him. It used to seem to have many, high-paid jobs, and happy families, but for a moment it seemed that everything went to zero and nothing was left, just like when a person first came into this world. Sometimes it seems very lively, there are so many people, but how many people are willing to spend a cup of coffee time, listen to you finish your words, and then silently hand you a cup of hot coffee, pat your shoulder intently.
No, no, no, like never before.
Who can truly share your loneliness.
Schmidt had to write everything in a letter and send it to his adopted Tanzanian child, Ndug, who is six years old. Perhaps he does not understand English, but his existence at least leaves Mr. Schmidt with a direction to talk.
In the end, Schmidt returned to his big empty house, he thought, his life is about to be marked. In the end, he received a letter, a reply sent by Sister Ndug who took care of Nduq, with the little hand-in-hand drawing by the child Nduq, an adult and a child holding hands. This simple little painting actually made this lonely and twilight old man burst into tears. For the first time, his heart's call was answered.
Perhaps loneliness is born with it, it comes in an empty space, so I walk away in an empty space. It's like a little star in the night sky, using all strength to emit a little brilliance, and then silently hiding in the night sky.
"I'm already weak, I'm a loser, and I can't escape it.... Once I die, and those who knew me are also dead, I'm as if I never existed before. My existence has nothing to do with anyone. What's the meaning? I can't find the answer, no one needs me at all..." The
ending is so lonely, the end of loneliness.

The truth of life, those who study aging and elderly housing should take a good look at it, what is aging; it is obviously very tragic, I don’t know why it is classified as a comedy series; I like the director’s control over the picture

Although it has always been the uncle's one-man show, the uncle really has a show~~ I'm used to watching his performances, and it can be very brilliant even if it is dull. The rhythm of the script is slow, but not procrastinating, and the design of the embarrassing point is quite embarrassing, hey

About Schmidt quotes

  • Warren Schmidt: [On top of Winnebago at night talking to his dead wife] Helen, what did you really think of me deep in your heart? Was I really the man you wanted to be with? Was I? Or were you disappointed but too nice to show it?

  • Warren Schmidt: You've got to appreciate what you have while you still have it.
