Very boring American cartoon, really boring. A human-raised bear has disturbed the town. To be thrown into the forest is still not good. The hunting season has begun, so the small animals are organized to drive away the hunters.
This cartoon reflects the typical American way of thinking: Americans are like bears and often do wrong things, but it's not the bear's fault. It's the deer's fault with a bad idea. So the bear must be forgiven. The same fawn has a bad idea because he doesn't have a happy American family to take care of him. . . Etc., etc. Therefore, there are no bad people in the world, and if there are mistakes, they are unintentional.
