This is the work of Alexander Sokonov. The entire film is 90 minutes long, and there is only one long shot. This shooting method is a huge challenge for the director. It was required to shoot 90 minutes at a time in a palace in St. Petersburg in a continuous manner, allowing the filming time to coincide exactly with the filming time. Sokolov reiterates that there isn't a single cut in his work, taking his preferred long-shot aesthetic to the extreme. Every scene detail must be accurately calculated and arranged, and post-production adjustments are made to color, lighting and other picture effects without editing.
