The story tells that two little girls met in a summer camp. They look surprisingly similar, but they are very uncomfortable. Quite accidentally, they learned that each other turned out to be their twin sister. They began to inquire about each other's lives and discuss their parents. One twin sister was brought to California by her father (Dennis Quaid) and lived in a beautiful vineyard; the other was brought to California by her mother who was a wedding dress designer (Natasha Richardson) London.
