After watching Friends last night, I was still not satisfied, so I watched a lot of Friends' clips, interviews and tidbits on station B. The more I look at it, the more sad it is, it feels like just a dream, everything is fake woo woo: they are not really good friends, this kind of friendship does not exist, even if it exists, it will disappear one day woo woo woo . And just like that, I fell asleep with tears in my eyes.
The next day, still a lost morning. After lunch, I started watching the Friends reunion special. There are people who are no longer young, and there are some lovely back stories. Yes, it's just an ordinary and even a little perfunctory variety show, but I suddenly feel that what does it matter? Actors are real people, and I shouldn't impose my expectations on them. Everyone has their own life.
I want to experience this stage in which friends are family, and I also want to experience the stage in life of getting married and having children. They don't conflict, why can't I experience both? Just because I want to spend a lot of time with my friends doesn't mean I'm not interested in forming a family with the people I love the most. I am really grateful for the laughter and emotion that Friends brought me, as well as those views on love and marriage.
Later that day also happened to be in Moments to see the engagement of a friend of a friend who had been with her girlfriend for seven years. But he once told my friends that he and his girlfriend only feel like family, not love. Although he is very familiar with each other's parents, he does not know the future direction. But when I ate with them, I felt that his girlfriend really wanted to contribute to their common future. Of course the two of them have gone through a lot, and this may be the way most people's marriages in China are, but I really can't do the same as my friend commenting "it's so sweet" below. I don't think the parents of each other can sit down and talk. I think it's sweet to get married when it's time for marriage; I don't think it's sweet for girls to arrange the so-called "marriage proposal" scene with boys... I think that in Friends Kind of pure, just because you want to spend the rest of your life with the other party to propose marriage, it is sweet to get married. Not because of course, but because of love~
Anyway, I hope we can all be happy and live the life we want. I really didn't expect that a sitcom could bring me so many things before watching it, I'm so happy.
