The literal translation of the title is "Death at a Funeral", which is about the protagonist's desire to give his deceased father a decent funeral. As a result, unexpected situations continued. First the wrong body was delivered, the relatives were late, the LSD spoiler, the blackmailer who had never seen it... made a good funeral fragmented and full of appearances.
Until the end, the protagonist, who was not good at expressing before, delivered a wonderful speech for his deceased father out of the script, and then painted the whole funeral into a perfect sentence. So the film is also paraphrased as "Super Perfect Farewell".
A very tense film, full of dramatic conflict. It's pretty cool too, but I don't really like the story. Or maybe I'm too serious and don't understand British humor.
To be honest, I really like this kind of British-style funeral. Very comfortable and simple. Unlike our funerals, which are long and cumbersome, with a large circle of people going around the corpse several times. I suddenly remembered a sentence, if you want to know what kind of life you want, just ask yourself how you want everyone to evaluate you at your funeral!
