The director is particularly good at depicting a series of consequences after a major event. This story then tells the follow-up to two major events. One is the White Night event. Tatusa white supremacist groups go door-to-door to raid local police. Assemblyman Joseph proposed and passed a masked bill. The police can enforce the law with a mask and do not reveal their occupation.
The other event was even bigger, the Pharaoh unleashing the mind octopus, killing 3 million people in New York and preventing a nuclear war.
