Film review:

Through a thought experiment, a professor selected 10 of the 21 students from the 21 students through a thought experiment, then lived in a shelter for a year, and then came out to complete the reconstruction of the entire world. That's the story setting.

The first time they selected farmers, workers, and people with useful vocational skills. This professor was very cold. The students locked the professor outside the shelter and watched the professor die from nuclear radiation. Finally, after the 10 people were in the shelter for a year, they couldn't get out because they didn't have the password. After eating the last food, they ate the first person who died. Finally, they all died because of the lack of oxygen. The second time, 10 people were re-selected. This time, everyone wanted to reproduce as soon as possible, but they failed to reproduce. In the end, the professor forced everyone to reproduce. Some people did not want to hurt the professor. Then the professor opened the door and everyone was killed by radiation.

It was the third time that Xiaomei came to decide who to choose. She chose a bunch of people who were not unpractical and professional. They were all painters and musicians, including film and television bloggers. They played happily in it for a year. I didn't do anything, I was happy, I lived a year later, and came out. What the film wants to express is that when people choose, most of them are irrational, and most of the time they are emotional, so it is enough to live in the moment and be happy.

Chips: But what kind of cataclysm are we talking about? Gamma ray burst? Pandemic? Erupting super volcano? A sudden shift in the Earth's axis rotation? Grey goo?

Mr. Zimit: Hang on, Chips, we'll get there.

Chips: But is it biological? Geological? Thermo-nuclear? Meteorological?

Mr. Zimit: Let's go old school. Say... atomic.
