In the film, several female characters are very brilliant, such as the blonde Juliette, the lady of the Universal Hotel, and the nun whom she met inexplicably when stealing a car. Their images in the film are not only beautiful, but also show confidence, intelligence and kindness.
The whole movie doesn't have any intentional feeling, and it reflects some class contradictions and some main conflicts in a light and interesting way. For example: The conductor and the painter, in the film, had to escape the pursuit of German soldiers because they helped the British pilots hide. One of them belongs to the middle class and above, the other belongs to the proletariat; one has a personality like a Chihuahua who is dissatisfied with everything, and the other is honest and honest.
But when they fled together, despite bickering and being of different classes, they also established a deep friendship.
After the old movie was reset in 4k, I can feel the pores and sweat on the pilot's face are even clear, as well as the bright red, the rocker and the woman's skirt. The movie is witty and humorous, and 55 years later, I can't help but laugh out loud looking at the iPad by myself. However, the actors in it are all dead now, and the last one is "Juliette" who left in 2014. No matter how clear the movie is reset, it seems that the shooting era is not so long ago, but they have all left. The clearer it is, the more sad it is.
It's a good comedy, I recommend watching it.
