Have we pursued the facts in the past, ignoring the true feelings of the victims

This drama uses ten episodes to slowly analyze how powerful men in a workplace carry out multiple sexual assaults and power bullying from top to bottom.

Famous host mitch lost his job, his wife's fame and money after being accused of sexual abuse of his position in the second wave of the me2 movement. Mitch is very puzzled, innocent, angry, aggrieved, he feels that he is not the kind of sex hunter, and he hopes to speak up to defend himself.

Watching mitch's ruined life in the first few episodes, I felt a little sympathetic to him and worried if it was overkill and if it would make an innocent successful person wrong. The thought that came to my mind was "He looks very easy-going and gets along so well with everyone, not like that kind of bad guy"

However, as the story unfolded, I realized why mitch felt so innocent. Because under the discourse of the male-dominated workplace, he, as the company's most profitable top male host, has the supreme right to speak. He is such a fish in water, all the resource women are his words, wave his hand, and the people underneath will feed him immediately. It's too convenient, too easy, too normal! The man above covered him, and the man below helped him arrange women and wipe his ass. He's used to it, he enjoys power happily, and he doesn't realize and doesn't want to realize how he uses his power to manipulate other people's careers and commit violations.

Mitch angrily asked the victim afterwards: "Why didn't you say no at that time? You didn't say a word. You came to my room that night, dare you say you didn't know what we were going to do? You accepted a promotion afterwards, After earning so much money, you rely on me to climb to a high position, and I am the one who was used by you." How righteous! Look, he was angry at the loss of his rights, and bemoaned his own life, but there was no trace of repentance.

I believe that audiences will ask the same questions to question victims. We always seek a truth, but human nature is too complicated, too complicated. It may not even be possible for the victims themselves to explain why the night turned out to be that way. There is no absolute truth, only the infringement under capital inequality. As women, even men, you and I will be victims or accomplices.

The play depicts several interesting women, jeniffer plays alex, a successful professional woman who seeks a life under patriarchal power. To be honest, I'm quite annoyed by her, so entangled in so much pain, chasing fame and fortune, and treating her Turn a blind eye to the injustice that is happening in front of you. I feel sympathy for her again, it's too expensive for a woman to sit at the same height as a man.

There is also a pair of office couples who dare not open their relationship under the wave of me2. Interspersed in the plot, everyone is in danger, fresh and real.

I like the narrative style of this drama very much. I slowly lifted the veil, which once covered the heads of every employee of this company. Gradually separate the things that everyone takes for granted: the innocence of the perpetrators, the helplessness of the accomplices, the helplessness and self-blame of the victims, and show everyone a little bit. Finally got an ugly truth, naked in blood, with each of our names written on it. I recommend that both men and women can watch this drama when they have time. The next time something similar happens around you, you can have a certain degree of sensitivity, don't be too demanding of the perfection of the victim, and don't be an accomplice.
