If the first time I saw EVA was 20 years ago, it would undoubtedly be shocking, but now it is 2021, and the various settings are familiar. There is no special experience.
The overall rhythm is not fast or difficult to understand, but the worldview is not fully unfolded.

Dog days of capitalism. The enduring core of EVA has two points
1 Highly accomplished aesthetics
2 Deep digging of human nature and growth, and even a lot of footage with religious implications
I have to say that, except for the flaws in the plot setting, eva's portrayal of the characters is successful, and the characters inside are vivid, which often makes the audience find resonance.
