E08 | Charlie Kaufman's Deconstruction & Orgy of American Culture

E08 really saw my intracranial orgasm turning to the sky! ! !

Originally, I was very dissatisfied with the director's 4 and 7 filler scripts and they were released in the same week. Thinking that this season is not much better than the last season, I can't go back to the wonderful S1-3 in one breath. I didn't expect the first one. Eight episodes directly at another level became one of the most exciting in the whole series. From the depth of creativity, the visual lines are wonderful in every aspect. I am so excited.

From the title, it is obvious that every episode of r&m is a tribute to movies. Most of them are action movies & sci-fi. This episode is obviously a tribute to "Eternal Sunshine of a Beautiful Mind". I thought it was a love story before I saw it. I didn't expect it to be Backdoor through the brain (in fact, it is also a love story between rick and bp in the end x

The setting of crossing the brain is very easy to understand. If you are familiar with Charlie Kaufman, you will know that he has directed the last and most successful film of his career, "Eternal Sunshine of a Beautiful Mind", until he picked up the guide tube to shoot the two films. The main movie "New York Synonymy" and "I Want to End It All" are the protagonists (or the last one directly blurs the setting of the protagonist) in flashbacks through his own life E08 is rick crossing the brain of his good friend BP and life memories to save him

Kaufman is a screenwriter. The drama can really be described as breathtaking. The brain hole is very, very big. "The Eternal Sunshine of a Beautiful Mind" and the French ghost director Michel Gondry can be said to be a perfect romance, but unfortunately I think he My director's control is limited, I can only show off my skills and have no emotions (I remember that when IMBd watched "New York Alchemy" together, a dozen people gave five stars for one water, and many people put me in the top ten and I fell asleep. Passing and for "I Want to End It All" I really just want to end it all

E08 used his brain hole to add R&M's rich visual expressiveness and the tension and creativity generated by rough lines. The collision of several elements is very interesting. It is also one of the few impressions. In the series, there is almost only one person in the whole film. The episode of course, there are a lot of ricks colliding in the memory, which is very interesting

If the tone of the plot is a Kaufman-style plot and brain hole, the flesh and blood in the movie is Justin's most indispensable ability to control American culture. Originally, rick is a character that can teleport, so the scene-by-scene memory transition is too silky hhhh

In the end, I want to say that rick and bp knocked me down hard in this part. Every scene has your memory and I went through fire and water for you.

ps is recommended as a three-child propaganda film that can be brought back to life three times. Yes
