World War II is a heavy topic for us, maybe it is too far away, or maybe it is too cruel, so that we have a psychological resistance to that history. But I still got the courage to watch the movie with the mentality of giving it a try. Hitler's terror can be called the concept of "brainwashing", no matter whether it is children or the elderly, no one is spared. For a time Hitler's rule expanded rapidly, but he eventually escaped from the world by suicide. I deeply realize that power and dictatorship cannot rule the world. War, we can't escape it, what has happened, what can we learn from it. We may not be able to empathize with the people of that era, but at least what we can do is to remember the history and move forward better into the future.
