life of youth-the reality

I have watched a lot of youth American dramas, OC, Veronica Mars, Gossip Girls, etc. American dramas have always been more dramatic, describing life as full of wonderful ups and downs every moment, but personally, one tree hill is more realistic. And delicate, and very natural, without making people feel deliberately contrived, it involves a lot of problems that we will encounter when we are young. Such as Haley and Nathan's marriage: the good girl and bad boy thing, a boy's maturity, a girl's struggle between a premature marriage and her own dreams, even the quarrel between the two caused by contraception, etc., very reality. Regarding Lucas, the one between Brook and Peyton is more classic. . . Can't say enough. Unlike OC and Gossip Girls, which try their best to show us a wonderful world that is intoxicated with money, one tree hill gives us life.

One Tree Hill quotes

  • Dan Scott: Anything else bugging you?

    Nathan Scott: Just you.

  • Karen Roe: [referring to Brooke] Oh Lucas, look it's her loss. There are a ton of girls out there that would be lucky to have you.

Lucas 'Luke' Scott: I'll make sure to tell those girls my mommy said so.

Karen Roe: I'm serious. You know a customer once told me that the best way to get over someone was to get uder someone else.

[stops licking envelope after realizing what she just said]

Karen Roe: Ohh my God! I just realized what that meant! Uhhhh, ohhh my God. I-I thought it was more philosophical, you know get to know them... not get under them...

    Lucas 'Luke' Scott: Mom!

    Karen Roe: Uhhhh, scratch that.
