Coach Carter is the title and central character of the film. He's not just teaching them, he's teaching the many viewers who watched the film. The first three chapters of the contract, from the academic performance requirements to the competition dress, seem to be strict but actually contain the protection of Coach Cart to them, to protect them from being framed by the outside world's fixed thinking. The expectations of the outside world for this high school and this basketball team have never been for them to graduate successfully and successfully enter the university, but only after these few years.
There are some new rules and regulations, such as calling everyone Mr. and wearing a suit and bow tie before games. As Carter puts it, "act like a champ." So in the end, even though they lost to another team by two points, when they came out in front of the crowd, they were still in suits and bow ties, like champions.
There are a lot of points in the film that gave me goosebumps. This is a bunch of high school kids with great potential who love basketball and who are flamboyant, but the best thing about them is that they met Cart and were willing to follow his teachings.
