The show combines travel, fashion, feminism, comedy and romance.
I love travelling and I was attracted to the trailer earlier on. I knew I had to see this show. The cinematography is amazing- you can see such beautiful locations of Paris.
The fashion is great. The characters are so nice and relatable. I like that they chose diverse characters- eg Mindy is great. Gabriel is cute. Her co-workers are so supportive. Emily is just wonderful. I also like how Emily is not a fashion designer (which would be the typical job choice for this genre) and instead she works in marketing. Every time there's a problem, Emily knows how to fix it. The jokes from an American perspective are funny. The overall experience of watching this show is just refreshing! I only wish that Emily had a couple of flaws and there was a character arc.
