At the beginning, I went into the theater for this film because of the shipwrecked plot. After watching "Boys", I have great enthusiasm for such films. However, what is different from "The Boys' School" telling the greatness of faith through a fictitious adventure story from real events is that "In the Depths of the Ocean" is not about faith, but about human nature.
Human society began with the emergence of classes: what the upper class has in society is the absolute right to restrict or even slavery to the lower class. However, once such privileges are separated from this society, when human beings are just a few individuals in front of the great power of nature, they are actually equally insignificant. The so-called "privileged class" is nothing more than human beings put gold on their faces.
Ironically, the so-called progress of human society is actually driven by the infinite greed and desire of the human heart. People invented cars because they wanted to run faster, and invented airplanes because they wanted to fly in the blue sky. They also began to spare no effort in the development of natural resources in order to earn greater profits. However, when class and interests conflict, when dignity and life are placed on the two ends of the scale and you are asked to make a choice, how will humanity make choices? The failure to hunt the beluga whale was not meant to express the speculative thinking that human technology was not developed enough at the time, or luck was not good enough, and it might be possible to succeed when we have better equipment and try again. Beluga is actually a metaphor for a huge temptation on the road of human development! Although success has been very profitable, what is lost after failure is the essence of human existence-life! The greedy nature of human beings often makes us blinded by interests. We can't see the huge crises hidden under the interests and take risks. In the end we become a life-threatening person who completely ignores the interests of the group! This film tells the principle that needs to be kept in mind on the road of human development: Although the advancement of society and technology has given mankind more and more powerful power to obtain everything it needs, if it is on the way forward If you are dazzled by desire and lose your heart, then what humans will face will be a huge failure and punishment from the natural world. For nature, human beings should always be in awe, and should never forget the beginning when we, as the weaker members of the world, worked hard to survive. We are always humans, not gods. Do not forget the original intention, always have to go! Only in this way can human society continue.
