It is a pretty wired love story happened after WWII in Vienna, I think I've been some of the filming locations, I just can recognize those places. I will find out where that oper hotel is now, if I have time someday.
Charlotte is looking stunning in the movie, perfect model body back to her 20's. First time she drew my attention is in “Swimming Pool”, and then “Lemming”, she seems like much successful in Europe than in the US, she speaks fluent French , I think German too, maybe that's why she made more movies in Europe.
It's a sad movie with a cold end, but it is worth watching whether you like Charlotte Rampling or not.
