But "Kindly Gold" changed this misconception, a story about revenge. The red eyeshadow on Jinzi's face alone makes people feel chilling and murderous. But the first half of the film is a bit puzzling. A 'traditional' Korean-style film, with a slow and unhurried narrative, the audience is full of expectations, wanting to find out how Jin Zi killed the enemy. But the plot suddenly turned, and the enemy was caught all of a sudden, and there was no way to fight back. I can't help but sweat, there is still an hour left, how will the director continue the development of the plot?
But to my surprise, my previous worries were completely superfluous. The front is just foreplay, the real climax is 'group play'. Seeing a large group of family members of the victims with fierce faces, the pleasure arises spontaneously.
Lee Young-ae's performance is absolutely outstanding, and the killer image in it is now deeply rooted in my heart.
