Going to see Saw 9 on a pessimistic note, it ended a little better than expected, but nowhere near the level of the series. Saw's will was completely abandoned after the soft restart of Lionsgate, and what followed was the mechanical massacre that followed. Aside from the title, this movie is just a black police massacre by a man who is unfair to the police system. Under the protection of the special police regulations 8, the black police madly defected to their own desires, but this is not the reason for abusing lynching and turning them into evil gods to judge them. The scene of the ambush is too obvious, the murderer is ready to come out in the middle of the play, the fast-paced killing device is too fast, without creating a tense and exciting atmosphere to eat lunch early, the death of the black police did not form an effective emotional connection with the protagonist, I feel Die or not, die a few can't make much change to the protagonist's emotions. Only the villain's suspended animation caused the protagonist to break the defense. The inexplicable defense was puzzling because the main creative team did not tell the story of the protagonist and the villain well enough, and the ending allowed the villain to escape calmly, and it was even more powerless to complain. In general, aside from the previous works in the series, it can only be a decent meal movie, but the problem is that the previous works of the series did a great job, they did not maintain the level of the series, and even removed the core of saw, and conjured the soul with the neighbors. 3 is the same, it's a bit outrageous, don't make money, start a new work, don't make a bad reputation of the series.
