Retired teacher Grant and his wife Fiona have been together for 44 years, and the two have been living a peaceful and comfortable life. But the elegant and noble Fiona suffers from Alzheimer's disease and decides to stay in a nursing home. Grant, who loves his wife, has to compromise. The two, who have never been apart, need to not see each other for a month after Fiona is hospitalized. Grant was overwhelmed by the sudden change when he reappeared in front of Fiona and found out that she was actually in love with Aubrey, one of the nursing home patients. At this moment, Aubrey leaves the nursing home, and Fiona is very disturbed. Grant finds Aubrey and takes him back to the nursing home, while Fiona's reaction surprises Grant.
