Three scientists have discovered a mysterious ore on the African continent that is extremely deadly. Just as the three scientists were on their way back with the ore, the CIA dispatched a special operations team composed of 11 special forces from different countries to hijack the scientists and their results. Inside the Intelligence Bureau, there is a ghost who wants to take this achievement as his own. So he ordered the pilot responsible for the response to create an air crash, in order to kill people and cover up the results they had won. The special operations team was almost wiped out, and only member Jack (Jackie Chan) narrowly escaped.
