American dream

This movie is average in the war theme, the stunts are not bad, but the plot is a bit fake, especially the old general decided to violate the superior's order to save the soldiers, Americans rarely do this kind of bloody things (maybe only gcd There will be...), and the superiors are too ignorant. . .
It's a bit like Saving Private Ryan. The war scene doesn't seem to be shocking enough, but fortunately, the authenticity is good. The ending is the reunion and handsomeness that Americans like, which does not meet my aesthetic. . . Perhaps the biggest benefit of this film is to help understand historical events!

I don't think owen wilson is suitable for this kind of movie. In addition, the first paragraph of the F18A maneuvering to avoid surface-to-air missiles made me feel relaxed and happy. The pursuit in the middle began to be mediocre. In the end, the US military and the enemy had a decisive battle, which was like nonsense.

I’m not used to that young Owen Wilson... The first half is pretty good-looking. It’s a bit past since the captain sacrificed his own future to rescue himself. At that moment, it was a bit embarrassing to see the main theme of China.

Behind Enemy Lines quotes

  • [Last lines]

Chris Burnett: [Aboard the helicopter after the rescue mission] Hey, Admiral! You're holding a letter for me. I'd like to have it back!

Admiral Reigart: I think I can find it!

[Reigart hands Burnett the letter. Burnett then crumples the letter, which had stated his intent of leaving the Navy. The rest of the crew look on happily and amused. The song 'Rescue Blues' by Ryan Adams fades in]

  • Chris Burnett: [to Reigart over the radio] Sir, I shouldn't have left Stackhouse.
