Chasing the Mist in the Mist: The early stage is lackluster, and the later stage is high-energy reversal

Adapted from the Italian best-selling novel "The Girl in the Fog", the three major actors have joined forces to create a different suspense.

The narrative technique of this film is somewhat similar to "Fantasy Drifting of the Youth Pie". All the plots are unfolded from the perspective of the male protagonist, rather than from a relatively fair and objective perspective. There must be survivor bias, giving people a sense of "Unbelievable" feeling.

It is precisely because this film does not use a sequence of events, so it is not interlocking like the Benge faction, and it is advanced layer by layer. Instead, it has a bit of a socialist meaning. The biggest highlight is the "suspense" of human nature. The girl in the flower season suddenly disappeared, the police , lawyers, and reporters moved by the news and seemed to be in full swing, but no one cared about the so-called truth, only the word for fame and fortune.

As the male protagonist of this film, Vogel can abuse his power and frame up for his reputation as a "special detective". And Martini, a middle school teacher, did not hesitate to imitate and kill for money, and extended his black hand to innocent girls. Unexpectedly, there is a big BOSS standing behind the BOSS, which constitutes a double reversal of the whole film, which can be described as "surprise".

However, the shortcomings of this film are also quite obvious. It is obviously a commercial film, but it has committed the "sickness" of a literary film. The rhythm is too slow, and the early stage is long and tedious. It takes a certain amount of patience to watch it. If there is no high-energy reversal in the second half, this film may not have reached the passing level.

In order to add a suspenseful color, the film also added religious elements, but it is completely irrelevant, which seems to be a little tricky.

Then again, the part about the double reversal is not perfect. First, the first reversal. The BOSS was not "pulled" by pulling out the cocoon, but "directly given", which was abrupt and did not have the pleasure of getting to the bottom of the story.

The last is the second reversal. People who often watch suspense movies should know that many serial killers have a collection habit, collecting something from the victim as a trophy. This film repeatedly mentioned "red trout", which resulted in six bundles of hair, which directly pointed the finger at the psychiatrist Floris. It was wonderful, but the transition was still not natural enough.

"The most foolish sin of the devil is vanity." It is precisely because of this vanity that the "devil" is widely known. Perhaps it is hidden in our hearts. Only by facing it squarely and defeating it can we dispel the doubts of life!
