Feelings of watching "Mars Mission"
Today, I watched Mission to Mars, an excellent, thrilling, and touching sci-fi film. Its attention to people, the spirit of people, really shocked me greatly.
The film tells the story of the first time humans landed on Mars in 2020 AD, and then when they were investigating on Mars, a terrible "sandstorm" occurred, and the team members sacrificed one after another, leaving only the captain Luke. Later, a rescue team experienced several difficulties, not only rescued the trapped Luke, but also entered the "Martian face" left after the "sandstorm". Afterwards, they learned that humans were made by Martians. In the end, one astronaut took the Martian spacecraft to the depths of the universe, and the rest of the astronauts returned to Earth.
Although we are already in 2021 and still haven't been able to land humans on Mars, I feel that there are still a few fragments lingering in my mind, lingering for a long time.
The first was when Tim accidentally fell into space during a rescue operation. In order not to save his wife, he decisively took off his helmet in space, and he discolored and burst due to lack of oxygen, ending himself His life, his self-sacrifice and extraordinary courage are man's greatest wealth, and his bravery, his nobility, cannot be compared with mortals.
The other is that when Jim and others opened the "Human Face", their bravery and wisdom were shown. When they came to the "Human Face", after understanding the origin of human beings, and seeing the Martians, everyone had to leave. , Jim stopped, and everyone asked him if he was not going home. He said, "Where is my home?" So he got on the spaceship that the Martians let him sit on and flew into the distance.
"Mission to Mars" depicts the lives of astronauts who fulfill their fantasies. Just like the sentence in the film: "Discover a new world, and then go from there to find the next new world. This is the purpose of our existence."
