The sequel movies rarely surpass the original, and it's not bad to maintain the standard. What is rare is that the master of horror Wes Craven can still surprise fans in "Death! 4" after a lapse of N years, completely surpassing the previous 2nd and 3rd episodes and reaching the classic status of the first episode of the original. The fascinating and slightly self-deprecating opening alone earned a lot of points. The film seems to shift the focus from the thrilling suspense of the past to a generational theme that is closer to the present: mobile phone text messages, social networks, media public opinion, and even rarely ridiculed the group of young men and women who have not been involved in the world and who always want to become famous overnight. The original taste of horror suddenly became serious, which may be the most successful and breakthrough point of the film.
