Sally's brilliance is not losing hope, but having a power inside. All he wants is to survive, and to let his companions live, there is hope in living today, so he needs to use his craft to help the Nazis. Berg was a staunch idealist and didn't want to die for the Nazis. Who is right and who is wrong cannot be determined. It can only be said that if you put yourself in, what choice will you make. I hesitated and leaned towards Sally, but Berg's existence was necessary, and he was also a frame of reference, reminding Sally that in order to survive, we once compromised and helped the Nazis.
Questions: One, should Sally feel and be subject to moral judgment? Two, if so, are others entitled to moral judgment?
