A 13-year-old girl, Amy, hatched a nest of wild goose eggs brought back from a bush that was pushed down by developers. Under Amy's protection and care, they thrived and regarded Amy as a "mother goose". With fall coming, Amy and her father decided to use a small plane to guide the geese south to Lake Ontario. In the end, Amy flew there with a flock of geese under everyone's attention...Nature has given both human life and animal life. Survival and freedom are not the patent of human beings. Whether it is a green grass or a flying bird, it has its meaning of survival. Every life is beautiful, every life is free, every life is worthy of respect. But what about humans? We humans are constantly hurting these equal and free lives as we are. The world should be full of love, not just us with families! Small creatures on Earth are dwindling, and perhaps the creatures that are still everywhere today will soon be on the brink of extinction. Did you hear the chirping of birds when people cut down trees? When people fish for sharks, do they feel the whistling in the deep sea? When people put on fur, did they see the tears of animals? Life is crying, nature is crying

DNR Officer: Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's, uh, called imprinting. The first living thing a goose sees when it's born, it automatically assume is its mother.

    Thomas Alden: Huh.

DNR Officer: They'll follow her anywhere.

  • Thomas Alden: GET OFF OF MY LAND!
