The original name of the movie is Big Nothing, which is called trivial in Chinese. It is also very appropriate to describe the movie itself. It sounds like a trivial movie, but it is actually beyond expectations. Tight rhythm, absurd and bizarre plot, intricate but not complicated.
The rivers and lakes are sinister and intrigue. But in the end, whether it was the big liar Garth, the serial female murderer Zhu Qian, or the shrewd secret agent, all of them didn't end well. On the contrary, Charlie, in order to delay amnesia, forced himself to memorize a lot of trivial little knowledge, and finally survived because of this knowledge (I believe he eventually survived) and became a big winner.
Those who do every little thing well are not too lucky.
Also, don't test human nature lightly, because it's vulnerable. Charlie ends up betraying his accomplices, and Charlie's wife ends up breaking professional ethics. Should it be said that people do not kill themselves for their own sake, or should it be said that true love is supreme? I don't have an answer either.
