This is a very comfortable movie, with a masked villain, a witty circus, innocent and lovely children, a disabled horse trainer, and a cute little Dumbo. Precisely because it is a fairy tale, the sister and brother, whose mother died and father passed away, spent a year in the circus peacefully, without suffering any abuse, let alone being sexually assaulted by a bad uncle. Just because it's a fairy tale, the trainer lost an arm and was able to find a new job in the circus. It is precisely because it is a fairy tale that the deformed baby elephant broke through the cage and flew freely. Fairy tales are for children who believe in them, and adults don't need to accuse fairy tales of being naive. I have always felt that Tim Burton has a stubborn and hot heart, and he has only been shooting fairy tales for 30 years.
