Because of this film, for the first time, I accepted the ramble in French.
Because of this movie, I was shocked by Kristin Scott Thomas's performance for the first time. Her performance in "Bitter Moon" and "The English Patient" was far less than what I felt this time. Her performance can be described as penetrating. I revisited "The Reader" again last week. It's not the same as this film. It's overall very good. It can be said that it is close to perfect. To be honest, compared to Kristen's shaping, the previous Kate Winslet needed to be tempered in the future, but now it is great. Because of "I've Always Loved You", I'm totally in love with Kristin Scott Thomas, she has such a unique face. In this film, the small departure from the transition between the foreshadowing and the bridge is flawed, but it made me cry.
"I can't tolerate people who haven't been torn, that is, people who haven't been baptized by wind and rain, who haven't been broken up and re-stitched to heal their wounds. They're useless, but they radiate light."
