Definitely better than the third one. Although its jokes and satires of the current state of society may seem boneheaded on the surface, but it actually serves as legitimate food for thoughts for many of us out there. My appreciation towards this movie may have become numb since I have watched it numerous times, but I still remember very well how much I laughed the first time I watched it. But there is no denial that the pace and content of the movie died down towards the end, as if the creative team ran out of ideas as puns did become repetitive.
