Festering that no one cares about

Before, I didn’t understand those uncontrollable desires very well, and I didn’t understand the loss of control and depravity. Those things that came from the dark seemed to rot into the ground when they shouldn’t arise. Until I saw a movie "Shame" before, I realized that a lot of people's desires actually come from the vacancies that may never be filled in the heart, and this time I was able to hold back all kinds of sensory discomfort and watch this movie. Finish.

Human decay comes from a "once" that plunged it into hell, just like the "accident" of the male protagonist Bruce when he was a child. The film is called "Dirt", and I didn't really care about it. The more I looked back, the more I realized that it was the male protagonist himself. He knows human nature and the dirty rules of the world so well that he has done almost all the dirty things with ease. He has never stepped out of such a dark underground, his own depravity and his way of adapting to this maggot-like world. Under such a shell covered with rot and dirt, Bruce has too much cowardice inside. Escape from pain seems to be the best driving force for people to do evil. Bruce's addiction and lust, depression and transvestites that he can't get rid of all reflect his bruised heart. He always mocked the people around him in a hurtful way, as if everything was under his control, but when the phantom shattered, he was the tragically weak one for everyone.

Reality is not like movies that can zoom in on details to dissect people's hearts, and the onlookers have too many indifferences that have nothing to do with them. People can't see the festering behind such dirt, but they are only used to the egoism of seeking advantages and avoiding disadvantages, which will give more space for harm to those dark corners that no one cares about. The only real warmth around Bruce was the mother and son who regarded him as a hero. He couldn't help but stretched out his hand and dragged her to say "don't go". It was already a cry for help that he struggled so hard to make. He really hoped that the mother could receive his signal. It's been a long time since I watched a movie and cried, James is really challenging everyone's acceptance of his image this time???

Filth quotes

  • Bruce Robertson: See, every time a woman drops her trousers: promotion. Every time a man drops theirs: disciplinary action. Where's the equality in that?

  • Bruce Robertson: The games are always, repeat always, being played. But nobody plays the games like me. Detective Sergeant Bruce Robertson, soon to be Detective Inspector Bruce Robertson. You just have to be the best, and I usually am. Same rules apply.
