end of something?

It's like someone is chasing you with a knife behind you, you have to keep running and you have to deal with the obstacles flying in the road, and when you arrive you think you finally won, scarred. Then the person comes and tells you that everything you did was pointless and that you failed. But look around you, you still have to enjoy life, enjoy all the things you've been running around (even if you're going to die from cancer and fall apart).

The ending is arguably pointless, but the moment it slows down is also moving.

But this is too tm sad! Not only Vincent, but I can't breathe. I really thought it was a hot blooded movie, I was deceived woo woo woo woo

This must be a film made by President Ma to repay tsn's debt to Wardo! Many meal replacements, poor Vincent [sad]

And: Mr. Roll is really suitable for such a smart-looking film

Also: Even if Vincent fails here, he has not lost his partner friend and brother.jpg

The Hummingbird Project quotes

  • [first lines]

Bryan Taylor: How long does it take to drive from Kansas to New York?

    Vincent Zaleski: Uh, two days.

Bryan Taylor: You wanna do this in 16 milliseconds?

Vincent Zaleski: Yeah, but round trip.

Bryan Taylor: We're talking about a lot of money here, Vincent.

  • Vincent Zaleski: Sometimes I wonder, if all the time that was given to me was, like, like, 16 milliseconds, and I had no past memory - I had nothing carved into my mind before those 16 milliseconds. And the only thing that was left imprinted in my brain were the images and the smells and feelings of those 16 milliseconds. How do you think I would process that?

Anton Zaleski: I don't know. Hmm. I think your life would feel exactly as long as someone who lived for 100 years.
