Trouble director and give Abby a happy Christmas?

Many movies want to express too much or want to say too plainly, so I haven't seen such a movie for a long time. I just want to tell one thing, and finally draw a good period.

I was expecting to see them both from beginning to climax to ending. But as soon as it came up, a climax was arranged, and then slowly began to tell.

Harper's character was not likable, he hurt his ex-girlfriend in a way that was not likable, and rejected his ex-boyfriend with irresponsible reasons. The day before, he said he wanted to bring his girlfriend home, but he regretted it the next day. He also lied to his girlfriend that he had come out of the closet with his family. But when she said, I'm not hiding you, I'm hiding myself. Just like Abby, I forgive her. Everyone has something to bear, and Jone was right. Harper's reluctance to come out doesn't mean she doesn't love Abby.

Seeing Abby being persuaded time and time again and choosing to forgive is actually very distressing. It’s okay to get scammed, it’s okay to live in a basement, it’s okay to have a break-in every morning. It doesn't matter if your girlfriend hangs out with her ex-boyfriend until the early hours of the morning, and the next day she dislikes her too much. The worst thing is to be accused of stealing things. ? ?

Because there was no foreshadowing in the early stage, Sloane's personality seemed very abrupt and peculiar, as were the two black babies, cold and uninteresting. When Abby woke up in the morning and saw them, he might mistakenly thought that he had traveled to the "Escape from the Dead" crew... Little dolls should bring a lot of joy to a Christmas movie, perhaps because of the plot of stealing things, but Abby is already too miserable, and it is a little embarrassing to add this plot.

When Jane came on, I thought she had some kind of mental illness, but it turned out that she was the final winner of the whole show.

Two of my favorite characters from the entire show, Jone and Riley! Whether it's a male bestie or a female bestie, who braved the snow to go so far on Christmas for each other, just to pick up a friend home, Jone had a halo on his head when he opened the door and yelled at Abby!

Riley deserves to have a story of her own, and you can also see the weakness of this movie from the side, too much emphasis on the conflict between characters, weakening the narrative of the story and the foreshadowing of the background of the story.

whatever everyone said that the ending had the suspicion of forced HE, but I don't think so, Harper and Abby looked at each other, sweet like Christmas?

Happiest Season quotes

  • John: Hey, Harper not coming out to her parents has nothing to do with you.

    Abby: How could it not?

John: Remind me, what did your parents say when you told them you were gay?

Abby: Um, that they loved and supported me.

John: That's amazing! My dad kicked me out of the house and didn't talk to me for 13 years after I told him. Everybody's story is different. There's your version and my version, and everything in between. But the one thing all of those stories have in common is that moment right before you say those words. When your heart is racing and you don't know what's coming next. That moment's really terrifying! And once you say those words, you can't un-say them. A chapter has ended, and a new one's begun. You have to be ready for that. You can't do it for anyone else.

John: Just because Harper isn't ready doesn't mean she never will be, and it doesn't mean she doesn't love you.

  • Tipper: We have been so worried about seeming perfect, but maybe we don't even know what perfect is. We have one daughter who has been unhappy in a marriage and felt like she couldn't tell us! And another daughter who just had her heart broken because she was afraid we wouldn't love her if she told us the truth. And the only reason that Jane is okay is because we gave up on her after she wouldn't stop biting in preschool. That is very far from perfect, if you ask me.
