noun! Give me more nouns!

When the eldest daughter was heard singing by Eleanor, the magical godmother, she said if I had your voice, I would go everywhere and sing to everyone - in the street, in the school, in the forest, in the castle, in the train up, in valleys and meadows, in those giant moving metal stairs, in big electronics supermarkets…

Then Eleanor took the eldest daughter to the square and sang a song:

Raindrops on roses and kitty whiskers, bright copper water jugs and warm wool gloves, long strings of kraft paper bags, they all fill me with joy.
Creamy ponies and crispy apple burritos, door and sleigh bells and schnitzel with noodles, wild geese spreading their wings in the moonlight, they all fill my heart.
The girl in the white dress with the blue satin belt, the snowflakes falling on my nose and eyelashes, the silvery winter melting into spring, they all fill me with joy.
When a dog bites a person, when a bee stings, when I feel sad, when I think of them, it's light.

The moving part here is that she didn't say that she was cool or that I was happy, she said one noun after another. These nouns not only refer to the objects they represent, but also have a lot of moods to match. When we say castles, we think of medieval castles, towering high in the mountains, or the castles of Disney princesses, where a dungeon may live with an evil sorcerer. We can say that these nouns are very "figurative". Each noun opens an imaginary window for us to nourish our hearts.

We live in a world without nouns. how come? Don't we use nouns every day? It is true that we have many nouns, but they no longer have the nutrients that the nouns we have talked about above, but have changed from concrete to abstract.

Just a few examples. For example, the name of the network. In our life, the role of the screen name has gradually replaced the role of the name, so the screen name is a very important class of nouns. Some people directly use their own names or English names as their screen names, which is nothing to say. But if you really want to take a screen name, the style of painting will change. For example, when we look at the list of celebrities on Weibo, there are "It turns out to be Mrs. Ximen", "Galagala_", "Call me big cousin, okay?" ", "Fighting Ultraman de Little Monster", "Hoofs in the Pot are Bathing", "-iew-", etc. In fact, this is not surprising, but we can also see that the screen name is a code name. It is not for conveying any information, but for identification needs, just like a QR code. What's the point of a QR code? no. But it is very convenient and easy to use, and it is a sharp tool for identification.

Another example is the various items we use in our lives: cars, roads, mobile phones... These nouns are also abstract nouns. Some people will say that the car is very concrete. I can think of all kinds of different cars, from Alto to Audi to Lamborghini. But cars have only one purpose, and that is to drive. Or that the car is a complete tool. Some time ago I read Chen Jiaying's talk about Heidegger, and I didn't know much about it, but one of the clips impressed me: everything in the world emerges from the relationship with people, which he calls "hands-on things". "The relationship between people and things is not a purely cognitive relationship, but doing things and working hard. The hammer is not something that is placed there for us to watch, but is used to drive nails and knock walnuts." In other words, Heidegger Er has turned everything into a tool first and turned it into a car. Of course, there is another side of things, which he calls "ready-made things", that is, the side that has nothing to do with people, but this side is secondary. The problem is that the meaning of the thing itself does not exist, and the meaning of things can only happen to people. But where to find the meaning of man?

There are also some nouns that are professional terms, such as inflation. These nouns are highly abstract, not only cannot give people an intuitive image, but it is even difficult to understand accurately. It is also structurally equivalent to a string of numbers, which is the code name of a concept. It doesn't matter if it's called by any other name.

Abstract nouns fill the world, concrete nouns are hidden. Why is this? Because we become slaves to logic. Both reason and science depend on logic, and logic is abstract reasoning. In logical reasoning, any concrete noun has no meaning, and is always replaced by ABC. Logic requires only abstract nouns. These abstract nouns are the objects of logical operations. Logical operations are verbs. As long as a logical structure is established, it can be used to operate all nouns, including people themselves.

Since modern times, people have migrated from rural areas to cities, and the population density has increased. So people pay more and more attention to the tension between people, that is, the social relationship. In the city, people are estranged from nature, no longer a symbiotic relationship, but an operational, instrumental relationship. People and nature are no longer close, and there is no harmony between people, so many people return to their hearts and stubbornly fight their relationship with themselves. Therefore, we see that modern literature and art embody human suffering, struggle, hesitation and absurdity.

The most obvious is modern art. In modern art, there is nothing that expresses concrete nouns. All we see is a jumble of dots, lines, and patches of color. The human heart is empty. Logic is also empty. Hole to hole, we can only produce a bunch of gibberish. I can't see anything in modern art that is heartwarming, that is, figurative. I don't see life, only madness and emptiness.

The concrete noun is the rain of life. Each representation is a different possibility. It does not require people to think, but requires people to experience and imagine. In ancient times, figurative nouns were the center of creation. I can't help but think of Du Fu's "Lonely Walking along the River in Search of Flowers"

Fourth
Looking east, the city of Shaocheng is full of smoke, and the high-rise buildings with hundreds of flowers are even more pitiful.
Who can carry wine and open golden cups, and call on beautiful women to dance and embroider a feast.
Fifth
In front of the Huangshi Pagoda, the river is east, and the spring is lazy and sleepy, leaning on the breeze.
A cluster of peach blossoms with no owner, cute crimson love light red?
Sixth
Huang Siniang's house is full of flowers, and thousands of flowers are low on the branches.
Liu Lian dances from time to time to play the butterfly, and the free-spirited Jiaoying just sings.

This really makes me happy.
