Many people think this movie is an anti-God movie, but it is not. The death of the protagonist's father is to achieve the end of these bad guys. Think about it, if the protagonist's family lives happily, those evils will still exist, and even hurt innocents. What the film wants to say is that God’s plan is not independent, but revolves around the entire world. At the end of the film, the protagonist returns to the place where his father took him to pray, proving that he understands why his father sought God in the first place. Only kind people feel guilty. Only when he feels guilty will he seek redemption. The return of the protagonist means that he understands the meaning of faith. The original intention of evil is to kill, and the original intention of good is redemption. Similarly, some people die because of evil, and some people die for the sake of righteousness. A gorgeous church versus a deserted cross in the deep forest, which one can redeem people's hearts? Not the building but the awe in the human heart. Just as Jesus was spurned by the Jews and innocently crucified by the Romans, no one could have imagined that a third of the people in the world would follow him. This is God's plan, we don't understand it, but we're in His plan.
