Watching the deer grow up

I didn't watch it when I was a child and I didn't watch it until I grew up. Because it was watched by very young children, I was a little impatient when I first watched it. But when I finished watching it at the last second, I felt inexplicably moved. Maybe it's because watching Bambi grew up... Haha. But its picture is classic even today.
In a slow process, Bambi talked about how a small deer grew up, how to experience disasters and setbacks from a childhood like a dream, and how to grow up. This should belong to the kind of classic film that everyone’s childhood cannot be missing.

I don't know what I always associate with Simba the Lion King, I don't really like the later Simba version, it looks weird

Bambi quotes

  • Friend Owl: Same thing every spring.

    [Sarcastically mocking the birds]

Friend Owl: "Tweet-tweet, tweet-tweet! Tweet-tweet, tweet-tweet!" Love's sweet song. Hm! Pain in the pinfeathers, I call it!

  • Thumper: Hiya, Bambi! Watch what I can do!

[jumps into the frozen pond and slides on the ice]

Thumper: Come on, it's all right. Look.

    [thumps on ice]

    Thumper: The water's stiff.
